<p>Ritelite (systems) Ltd is a British group of companies that design, manufacture and supply a range of portable lighting products, utility products, light bulbs and battery charging solutions.</p>
<p>With more than 25 years of industry experience we focus on offering customers high quality, technical, lighting and electronic solutions. We are flexible; we think outside the box and are continually developing new products to meet customer requirements.</p>
<p>Our in depth in-house knowledge of battery charging and lamp technology especially LED technology gives us full control over the design of our portable lighting solutions ensuring we are achieving maximum efficiency and maximum output from our products.</p>
<h2>Company development history</h2>
<p>Ritelite (systems) Ltd was first started in 1988 by the current Managing Director Marcus Batty.</p>
<p>The first portable rechargeable lighting products were launched in 1990 and have seen continued evolution and development.</p>
<p>In 1992 Exegon Ltd was acquired to give in house expertise in battery chargers and charging solutions to support Ritelite’s developing portable lighting portfolio.</p>
<p>The Prolite Lamps division was set up in 1993 to create partnerships with selected Lamp divisions in Asia with Lightbulbs supplied to distributors and OEMs in the UK and Europe.</p>
<p>In 1994 the Utilities division was set up to expand the range of products to existing customers</p>
