The equipment they supply will work exactly as promised or you will not be charged. In the unlikely event that their equipment breaks down, a suitable replacement will be supplied and your hire period will be adjusted accordingly to make sure you do not lose time. If you have pre-arranged a delivery and they are more than 1 hour late, you will not be charged for the delivery.

All of their equipment can be returned to any branch and it does not matter which branch you originally hire from. The majority of equipment can be hired on a daily or weekly basis and all equipment will be supplied with safety instructions. Full safety wear is supplied with all equipment on a for sale or return basis. You will also be offered a full demonstration on every hire.
